Peter Webber to Direct Barbarella

I didn’t even know Barbarella was being remade until today, but apparently it is.

Peter Webber who recently directed Hannibal Rising will be taking the helm of the new version of Barbarella, which is being produced by Dino De Laurentiis.

De Laurentiis has described the movie as “A Female James Bond — in Outer Space”
